Great visit

I just had a visit from two pretty young ladies!My bestest friend Jan and her daughter Shawnee :)!I should have taken some pics but I didn't think of it till now
:)!Shawnee has a friend who is a tatue artist!She is gonna bring him over so I can finally get the ink I want :)!

today

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again  :)!
