I sent "the ride" an email concerning my online account! This is what I wrote , Hello, I had to recertify my eligibility for the ride last week and the same issue as last year has arrison this year! My online account seems to be all screwed up! Last year I went through three IT guys, they couldn't diagnose  the issue then I emailed the mbta directly and finally a lady was able to fix the issue! I'm living with a traumatic brain injury and my memory doesn't work as a non injured persons does so it's imperative that I use all tools available to me  to be prompt for the drivers arrival at my apartment! Please look at this as an urgent issue! have a great day Jamie

This survivor is very frustrated this morning! I had to recertify my eligibility for "the ride" last week and I told them there last time I did this my online account got screwed up, try to make sure it doesn't happen again! I was able to ck my times last time but not able to book a trip. Now I can't even sign in :(! 

Roast beast(beef) for dinna tonight! I had to cut it up and thats very chalenging for this survivor cause my hands still don't work together, they fight each other:(! It was still a very nice meal! 

I've been to the doctor and he just asked me how my shoulder feels now, I said "it feels fine now"! No need for a cortisone shot now, I just call him if it starts to irritate me again! This survivor has great self healing powers :)! Now to heat up my meal for today! 

Today I'm gonna go to the doctor who diagnosed my  pinched nerve in my shoulder and KJ makes a home visit after 8.30am! I pray my transportation works out better than yesterday's! I went to hics on "the ride" that worked out fine then I was gonna go to therapy using transportation provided by my insurance provider and they pulled a no show! What a fiasco that was! I had two supports calling them and they kept on saying "be there shortly"! It got to be passed my appointment time and finally they showed! At that point I had him drive me home! Lesson learned, never use them again!   

This survivor's anxioty reached levels today it hasn't reached since I lived in Scituate! I was already anxious at the start of the day cause I didn't have a return trip from Braintree rehab! I was told by a staff member at hics if this sort of thing happens always come to hics, before I would have canceled everything! I get to hics, tell KJ my issues and she says not to worry she would cab me home! Then I was thinking I've got my scooter. It comes apart to fit in a trunk of a car but I've got problems taking it apart myself! I get to therapy early and Leslie takes me in early so I'm through early, it's a little after 3pm cab is not coming till 4pm! So I call KJ at hics, let her know I'm done, she calls the cab co. They say 15 minutes they will be there! 15 Minutes go by still no cab so again I call KJ, she calls the co. again and again 15 minutes! Meanwhile my anxioty is bubbling over!
