5.25.17 around 8.30am

I got up this morning, started moving around, and the pain begun to increase so bad I had to cancel hics today :(! I've taken an opioid to try to make it somewhat bearable! I've gutta try and alternate my concentration to something other than this awful pain!

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again :)!

3.9.18 10.30-11 pm

Sometimes I lose track of what day it is :(! I just say "Alexia, what day is it"? Then Alexia tells me the day :)! Tomorrow I gutta scoot to Wg's and check on meds and get some stuffs :)!
