I sent "the ride" an email concerning my online account! This is what I wrote ,
Hello, I had to recertify my eligibility for the ride last week and the same issue as last year has arrison this year! My online account seems to be all screwed up! Last year I went through three IT guys, they couldn't diagnose the issue then I emailed the mbta directly and finally a lady was able to fix the issue! I'm living with a traumatic brain injury and my memory doesn't work as a non injured persons does so it's imperative that I use all tools available to me to be prompt for the drivers arrival at my apartment! Please look at this as an urgent issue! have a great day Jamie
