I've been to the tenets meeting and Kim(the hot babe that lives in a townhouse here) put my mind at ease by saying "they can't charge us for all the things they said they were in the last bulletin cause of safety reasons :)!"I've had to change a lite in my kitchen before and had to stand on a chair while backing the screws out holding the globe on then   put it down, change the bulb, then attach the globe and I've got serious balance issues! I was just explaining this to LQ and she didn't believe I did this. That explains the degree of difficulty it entails to complete this task but I never tell a lie, I did it all by myself :)!
