I posted this on fb and I'm not only surprised I'm still in the flesh I'm amazed! To think a human can survive as much as I have survived I look back and I find it hard to believe! To think back and realize I was playing competitive ice hockey less than six months after my broken neck! This makes me realize that you've got to stay active and exercise goes a long way in being able to survive what life throws at you!
