I really feel great after finally going to the YMCA again! It feels so great to work all my muscles again! The thing is I'm not even tired, well no more than usual!
I'm a 54 year old man and a survivor of a traumatic brain injury which caused a 3.5 month coma!I beat prostate cancer too :)!
