KJ was over and I've been having issues getting the batteries for my bike! I shared the emails exchanged and she thought they were being very difficult with me! I asked if she would take pics of my bike and attach them to an email and send it to them! This is how it went,

Hello,

This is Jamie's case manager, my name is Kristen Battaglia.  The receipt of his scooter purchase should be all the information you need to determine the correct battery as it lists all the specifications you will need.  This  indicates to me you are either not as familiar with your products as you say or you are a fraud taking advantage of a disabled person.  Funds should NEVER be deducted from a person's account if you are unable to determine the appropriate product he needs.

 The original email was sent two weeks ago, this is unacceptable sir. 

The following 7 pictures I personally took for Jamie and if you reply stating you need more pictures then Jamie demands a full refund of the money you deducted from his account.  If a reply to this e-mail is not received in the next 24 hours, both Jamie and I will be filing a grievance against you to your employer for your reluctance to produce a product and for taking advantage of a disabled person.  We will also  contact the BBB AND his bank for a full refund.
