6.1.17 around 9.30am

I had an appointment with my podiatrist this morning but my rib pain was making it so it is way too painful to even sit still:(! I'm praying I get some sort of relief soon! I do have to get to the store but I've got a nurse coming at 10.30 am!

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again :)!

3.9.18 10.30-11 pm

Sometimes I lose track of what day it is :(! I just say "Alexia, what day is it"? Then Alexia tells me the day :)! Tomorrow I gutta scoot to Wg's and check on meds and get some stuffs :)!
