10.23.15 around 2.15pm

I didn't get up till after noon today! I guess my body was telling me "rest"! I'm not doing the YMCA for a while now! I've gutta get through all my medical issues first then have the doctor give me the okay to go again :(! I've got more kidney stones.

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again :)!

3.9.18 10.30-11 pm

Sometimes I lose track of what day it is :(! I just say "Alexia, what day is it"? Then Alexia tells me the day :)! Tomorrow I gutta scoot to Wg's and check on meds and get some stuffs :)!
