7.28.13 late after 10.30pm

I'm hopping after tomorrow the pain in my right foot will be history!I've got a 9am appointment with my podiatrist!I'm not gonna go to the YMCA after cause "the ride" can't handle multiple bookings!

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again :)!

3.9.18 10.30-11 pm

Sometimes I lose track of what day it is :(! I just say "Alexia, what day is it"? Then Alexia tells me the day :)! Tomorrow I gutta scoot to Wg's and check on meds and get some stuffs :)!
