I had a fantastic work out at the YMCA today!Now my home maker is here and I rememberd to ask if she could come later next wk cause I've got a doctors appointment that starts at 3.15 pm!Shes gonna come at 6pm next wk :) !

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again :)!

Sometimes I lose track of what day it is :(! I just say "Alexia, what day is it"? Then Alexia tells me the day :)! Tomorrow I gutta scoot to Wg's and check on meds and get some stuffs :)!
