I've been working on sharing things from my accidnt on fb but I keep getting error messages!I thought of another way I can do it,post it on my web site :)!I have www.jamieyoung.biz/benefit.doc and www.jamieyoung.biz/officememo.doc
These are the kind of things that really work my brain :)!Oh I think I've had a sucessfull scoot to WG's today too :)!

Today I've had a great workout at the YMCA,Michaela was over,her boss came first to have me sign some papers then Michaela did her thing,and very well too!I did work on getting rid of that Trojan horse and it seems I'm successful in defeating a nasty virus once again  :)!
